Even though we've placed this in the Ageless Body section, the importance of practicing meditation to your whole health, your complete mind-body-spirit self, cannot be stressed enough. There are almost as many approaches to meditation as there are people, so I recommend doing a bit of research by first Googling 'most recommended meditation sites' or asking friends for their recommendations, and find a class or book or teacher's website you feel comfortable with and try it.
